Quads

The quads are the newest addition to our Residence Halls.

Our state-of-the-art quads feature kitchens with a full-size refrigerator, stove, microwave, sink, dining bar with bar stools, trash can and cabinet space. The living rooms are furnished with a couch, two lounge chairs and three multi-use shelf units.

In the quads, you will get your own individual bedroom and bathroom, which are accessible by a touch screen door panel. Your room will include a twin XL bed frame and mattress, 3-drawer chest (36″W x 24″D x 30’H), desk (42″W x 24“D x 30″H), desk chair and closet. Typical bedroom measurements are 9′ x 11′. Your bathroom will include a shower, shower curtain, toilet and sink with lower cabinet space.

Amenities include washer and dryer, WiFi, and air conditioning/heating controls.
