Lion Village

Our traditional 2-person units include two twin XL beds (adjustable height), two twin XL mattresses (36”x80”), two open closets, two study tables (36″W x 24″D x 30’H), two desk chairs, and two 3-drawer dressers (36″W x 24″D x 30’H). Open room dimension size is 12’ x 13’.

Our private 1-person units offer the same amenities as a traditional 2-person unit minus one bed and mattress. 

 Our suite 4-person units include the same bedroom furnishings as the traditional units.  The kitchen is equipped with a table and chairs, stove, range, refrigerator, microwave, and cabinet/counters.  The living room’s furnishings include two multi-use cubes and multi-functional seating that can be pushed together or separated. Two full restrooms are included in each suite.  Open bedroom dimensions are 9’ x 10’.

All housing styles include WIFI, air, unlimited laundry room access, and ceiling fans.

POD Restrooms

Lion Village offers unique POD bathroom design for students living in the Lion Village Traditional and Private rooms.  Different than traditional community bathrooms with restroom amenities spread apart, POD bathrooms are a set of individual bathrooms grouped together that include shower, toilet and sink inside each room.  Each floor has two sets of POD bathrooms.

12-person movie theater, private study rooms, eight laundry rooms, 10-person meeting room, learning center, open meeting spaces, two elevators, and building entry card scan entry.
